I have over 25 years of operational experience serving at busy inner city fire stations, attending a wide range of emergencies and developing extensive experience in incident command, rescue operations, and emergency response under pressure.

Today I work in training and education, specialising in road traffic collision response and extrication. My focus is on equipping emergency responders with practical, realistic training that improves skills and directly contributes to better outcomes at incidents. I also manage and train a trauma and extrication challenge team that competes at events across the UK, testing our abilities against other teams and driving innovation in rescue techniques.
